I hope everyone is having a great week because I have a small delima. I have 3 pear trees in my yard and haven't been able to keep up with them! What should I do with all of these pears? We've canned just about all we care to can so I have decided to try to make wine. I got a great book with lots 
of recipes and a wine making kit so I'm ready to get started now. I will keep you posted on how my expiramentation turns out but it has to age for 1 whole year! Can
